Waffles stay fresh for up to a week on a shelf or counter and up to three months in a freezer.
Can waffles be reheated?
They sure can. Our waffles can be toasted, baked, or microwaved for a warm treat. Reheating instructions are included on the packaging.
Do you have gluten-free options?
We have gluten-friendly options available for dining in our bistros and at Findlay Market. While these dishes are prepared without gluten, there is always a risk of cross-contamination that is unavoidable in our kitchens.
Do you have gluten-free waffles?
Not at this time.
Can you accommodate a peanut allergy?
While we always do our best to accommodate all allergens, peanuts are an ingredient in many of our bakery products and cross-contamination is a possibility.
Do you have vegetarian/vegan options?
Yes, we do. Please ask your server for vegetarian/vegan suggestions or you can view it online here.
Do you have any dairy-free options? (this includes bakery items)
We offer vegan chocolate chip cookies at all locations.
Where should/can I park?
All of our locations have convenient parking lots except for OTR, The Banks, and Uptown. Those locations have readily available street parking and parking garages within one block.
Do you reimburse for parking? (downtown locations)
We do not reimburse parking.
Do you take reservations?
We take reservations at all of our bistro locations. Reservations can be made for any time except weekend brunch, which is first come, first served.
Do you have a kids menu?
Yes, we do. Please ask your server for a kids menu or you can view it online here.

Special One: Morning Happy Hour. Mon – Fri, Open – 10 AM: $2 off Bloodies and Mimosas
Special Two: Happy Hour. Wed – Sun, 3 PM – 6 PM: $6 draft beers, $6 house wines, $4 well drinks, and ½ price apps (all are bar area only)
Special Three: Thursdays, 4 PM – Close: All-you-can-eat mussels & frites for $23 + ½ price select bottles of wine

We do not have sugar-free syrup. We recommend that you try our waffles without syrup as the Belgian pearl sugar provides a perfect amount of sweetness.

National Waffle Day is the most joyous day of the year! Kidding… kind of. National Waffle Day is August 24 and celebrates the first patent for a waffle iron. We do something special every year so be sure to follow us on social media.

How long does it take to receive my order once it's placed?
Online store orders are typically shipped the same day if the order is placed before 2 PM—orders after 2 PM ship the next business day. Typical transit times are 2-3 business days.
