We began baking Belgian waffles (Liege style) at Findlay Market in Cincinnati three years ago. Our waffles were a instant hit. From one waffle iron, one person at the back of a vegetable store, we moved to a temporary weekend location within a few weeks. A few months later, we had moved to a permanent location inside the market house. Taste of Belgium now operates a full line bakery and is open 6 days a week.

Besides Liege waffles we also make sweet and savory crepes (twist on what the French call a ‘galette’). We recently expanded into a new location and we have increased our handcrafted baked good selection. We make everything from cookies, Belgian chocolate brownies, peanut-butter brownies, fruit pies, stromboli, calzones, pizza, quiches, New-York style cheesecake.

We take pride in the quality of the products we offer and we make everything from scratch in small batch.
